Special Offer of Common Stock

The undersigned hereby irrevocably elects the right to purchase Shares of Common Stock of International Land Alliance, Inc., a publicly traded Wyoming company under the symbol “ILAL” (“Shares”), The number of Shares stated as provide for therein and tenders payment therefor in cash in the amount stated.  The Shares purchased are to be registered in the name of the undersigned.

This offer is for individuals that have an interest in maintaining an ownership interest for longer than six months as the stock must be held for six months before it can be sold.  It is not known what the stock price will be at any time in the future.
