Rancho Costa Verde
Novel Coronavirus / COVID-19 Response March 2020
Over the past month, the Rancho Costa Verde team, including management and associates on both sides of the border, has been monitoring worldwide developments related to the Novel Coronavirus/COVID-19 in order to make the best decisions regarding current business practices including the recent guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control as well as government mandates. The health and safety of our residents, clients, customers, employees, and contractors are our top priority, and we know you feel the same. As a result, Rancho Costa Verde has enacted the following:
-
Suspension of informational dinner presentations – 3/12/2020
-
Suspension of weekly sales tours – 3/16/2020
-
Cancelation of Home Owners Association meeting – 3/21/2020
-
Suspension of home construction – 3/25/2020
-
Placed on-site security and maintenance staff on staggered schedules to keep employees separated while maintaining necessary coverage (employees are receiving full pay during this time to prevent financial hardship to their families) - 3/25/2020
-
Closed clubhouse and pool area to all except essential security and maintenance staff – 3/25/2020
Rancho Costa Verde is continuing to monitor this situation and will be adapting future business processes according to the Centers for Disease Control, US Government and Mexican Government guidelines to ensure the safety of all associates.
The spread of the Novel Coronavirus/COVID-19 has been directly correlated with population density, population interaction, exposure to people around the world, and area response. The town of San Felipe and Rancho Costa Verde have been extremely fortunate during this worldwide pandemic. With only one road into the town, and low population density, combined with an early response from residents, businesses, and government have resulted in no reported cases of COVID-19 to date in and around the town of San Felipe. We also hope that our warm climate will also play a positive role in preventing the spread of this virus. We look forward to welcoming all back to our future events and Rancho Costa Verde as soon as possible.
Stay Safe,
Rancho Costa Verde
